Pathetic customer service

I went to MTN, Pick n Pay Hyper By The Sea on 3 occasions as i work close there. My reason going there was to change my banking details and on another instance to make a payment. With regret i was refused assistance by that store The lady at the store has a terrible attitude towards customers like myself . Third grade service
