Pathetic Customer Service
10 months into my contract I pointed out to MTN that I had not ever received my 1Gig of monthly data I was supposed to get. A manager at MTN acknowledged this and immediately corrected the data delivery, and said that they would credit me back for the 10 months of not receiving data...this was 3 months ago...and I have received absolutely no credit back!

Every month since I have had to phone them for over 40 minutes in my own time to get resolution only to have to explainEVERYTHING to them again, only to have ABSOLUTELY NOTHING done again! Each time it is made priority, and urgent...

I again emailed them this month with a reference number, only to be told by the customer services that the reference number has no details and could I let them know the details of my complaint...how PATHETIC is it that a company can provide a reference number that links to absolutely nothing.

It really is a farce, and I'm going to look at avenues to have my contract nullified so I can at least try a different service provider because at the moment I feel like MTN have ****** money out of my bank, which they have!

Really really shocking!
