Pathetic customer service!!!!

Mtn should seriously send a mistery shopper into the govan mbeki branch in port elizabeth!<br> firstly, when i entered the store, i had to double check if the staff was actually mtn staff! their so called uniform. different color jackets, scarfs etc! yes its winter, but you are required to stick to your uniform! they all looked sloppy. secondly, three staff members were busy with clients, the forth just sat in front of her pc. when i approached her, she told me she is waiting for her client! she had NO documents in front of her! after 10 minutes her 'client' arrived and they were first having a fat chat and giving hugs to each other. meaning the client was still on her way to the store!!!! chomie chomie nonsense. nobody in that store acknowledges customers or tries take leadership by at least having an orderly queue!!!<br> thirdly, when we were eventually assisted, we were told we needed to bring our own copy of identity document in order to do a sim swop! <br> does mtn not have photocopy machine??? am i not supposed to take my original document and they make a copy then and there!!!!<br> such poor and pathetic service!
