Pathetic customer service

My mom a pensioner has ordered a router from MTN the delivery company could not deliver it as the device they had to scan her finger prints couldn’t read her finger prints. Her account has been debited though. For months she has been running up her phone bill and emailing customer service to request a refund but to no avail.
