Pathetic customer service

So MTN advertised in thier january 2022 catalogue the samsung S21fe on page 28. i called MTN direct on the 06 January they tell me they dont have stock. i tried doing my upgrade in stores, the consultant is either always busy, i call and left my number but he never returns my call. I logged a call to thier customer service on the 18 January 2022 and i have still heard nothing from them. Thank you MTN for the wonderful customer experience (this is sarcasm cause i know you going to ignore this review as well.) I know i am only 1 person but **** YOU MTN you just lost a loyal client of 18 years.
