Pathetic customer relations

I app**** for a contract. 30 mins on the phone. A week later they tell me sorry no application was done. No operator to speak to on 083 135. Numerous emails. On the 10 March a lady phoned said I'll phone you back in an hour when the credit check has been done. We'll guess what I'm still waiting. Emails don't get answered is there no more service with mtn
