Pathetic customer care system

What a pathetic customer care system MTN has. I logged a ticket on the 02/03/2026, quiring a double payment on my account for the last couple of months Reference number: 56f83de2-ce94-41c7-ac8a-d585f26405b1 It has been a daily struggle since then. Each day a new operator asks me the same questions and I supply the same certified bank statements and documents and we dont move forward. Such a poor system and frustrating. I will definitely be moving all my business accounts away to another service provider
