Pathetic Customer Care service!!!

MTN's service to customers are absolutely pathetic. I need to have a ****** device blacklisted in order for my insurance to pay out. Over the last 10 days I have sent emails up and down and no one person is willing to assist. This is holding up everything!!! I have a case number #725454 which seems useless as no one responds. Surely this cannot be that difficult!!?
