Pathetic customer care service and oldest customer about to go to another network

MTN have the worst customer care service, when you eventually get them to answer their 135 number you end up with a *********** person that either says they cannot help or inform you to phone 135 or take this Sabelo Ntombela is so *********** when I send a email stating my phone number and ID number and all proof he sends me an email asking just what I send him including the email address then phone me and say I don't have proof of contract, seriously can he read ? Not to forget to mention that he's unprofessional when he phoned me as a child screams in the background that I can not hear him properly and sound/voice sounds as he stays in a tin can . I'm one of your last loyal customer since 1997 but with customer service like this is still a wonder you have customers and not bankrupt.
