Pathetic customer and technical support from MTN

Endless issues with getting into my voicemail with no resolution! logged numerous calls as when I try to call voicemail it does not go to voicemail get message that say "sorry your request cannot be completed". Hear the same story from customer service when I call - they say on the feedback its fixed (its not) and they will escalate again. for weeks now it has not been fixed. but oh they can call me three times a day to upgrade but cant sort out the voicemail. issue is if someone call me they can leave a voicemail I just cannot get to them in any possible way.
