Pathetic company

Early this year someone from Mtn called me and sold me a 24 months contract with 2 Sim cards(1 for data and 1 for calls) @ around R210 per month for both of them. I took it because to me it was cheap. For the first month I only used that data Sim card until I received a statement that I owe around R700. I was surprised and I tried to contact mtn customer care. After being send from pillar to post I decided to go to an mtn shop @carnival mall and I was told my contract was sold to me by a third party so I must call that third party to fix it. This all happened from early March when lockdown started. When I finally got hold of them, I was told my query will be investigated and they will get back to me. I even told them to cancel the contract since they sold me lies. A few weeks later I got an sms that the contract was invalid but what surprises me is that I still get statements from Mtn claiming I still owe them. The numbers on the Sim cards are *** and ***. All I want is for mtn to cancel this contracts since I even don't have those Sim cards anymore. The only Sim card I used was for data and I didn't even use it all. I won't mind paying for the data I used but I want this contract to be cancelled, period. You don't even deserve the 1 star I rated you. You are a pathetic company blaming third parties for your mistakes. Just cancel this contract that's it. So that I can find better reliable deals somewhere else
