Pathetic client service

So you get a sms saying you can upgrade a specific time you get a phone call saying no you can actually upgrade now you go check the upgrade system online and guess what its different then you call the store nr that is on the sms received saying you can upgrade and they tell you no sorry you can not upgrade for another 2 months how can one company have 4 different outcomes and no one can say what is the actual status
