Pathetic call centre agent

I recently landed back in SA where I wanted to remove my sms roaming to normal service , spoke to call centre agent Tsamalani Machisa , the most rude person I have ever dealt with , basically said she can't help me , when I asked to speak to a manager she says she is the only person I can deal with , arrogant and rude , said complain to whoever u wish , and dropped the call in my ear. Walked into an mtn store at rhe Airport, they literally resolved my account in 1 min flat! Your call centre agent is the most abnoxious , arrogant rude person imaginable. Pls trace this call for my number on *** which I want a.copy as I will be escalating this further on all social media platforms. The call occurred around . I will be escalating this pathetic attitude to MTN hierarchy!
