Pathetic call centre

Our company closed in the 30 June 2016 permanently so now I currently unemployed so in July I called MTN call centre to make payment arrangements they said it was logged in. Then late September I get a sms saying I need to pay R900 plus since my account is in arrears then I called the Call centre again the person I spoke to said I should get a letter from the old company stating that I am unemployed and that the company closed and then I need to take it to any Mtn branch which I did on the 3 October 2016. I was helped by Andile who said the system was offline bit he will definitely forward to Headoffice and they will call me and give me a reference number that never happened. I called again on the 6 October ... Andile was not in then on the 7 October 2016 i call mtn maponya to speak to Andile I asked him what happened he cant explain he says he gave to the courier....does it take 5 days to drop off documents at the Headoffice and does the system stay offline for 5days. I am fedup with MTN now they want to suspend my account after I made payment arrangements
