Pathetic Call center service

Upgraded my existing contract at Cresta mall on Saturday and was assisted by helpful and friendly staff, Only to be called today regarding insurance which has left a sour taste in my mouth The individual who called me has no people skills and does not know how to speak to a customer. She rudely cut the call , because of me questioning her based on the conversation at hand

Please train your staff, we as customers are not here to prove ourselfs right.

Please listen to the call and I would like a written apology from the individual as I would never want to speak to her again
