Pathetic

What a terrible experience I app**** for a contract beginning of Oct they could not deliver the phone for 3weeks I have sent emails 11phone calls about 30 facebook messages just promising that someone will call me back. I have to beg for service and still nothing. It is impossible to either get feedback from them the most pathetic service in my life. If you phone customer care and press the option for a new contract within seconds they answer but dont dare ask for help there as they just cut the line. I am losing it just to cancel the worst decision of my life. PATHETIC
