Pathetic beyond words

Mtn if you going to contract a service provider to sell your contracts you should get a company that knows what it is doing, my hubby got a contract from mobilesplus last year oct, got the bill and its not what she said.

We called mobilesplus and got told they will investigate and let us know 3 days she said we are not allowed to have the recording as for some or other pathetic excuse, over a week later still no feedback( what a big surprise)my husband called and Jocelyn called him back this morning saying she can hear the verbal agreement of R270 but it was captured as R400, the only option she gives us is for them to come take the phone and we need to take out a new contract, my dear please wake up your agent made the mistake you should fix it.
