PATHETIC BEYOND BELIEF

Good day, I have gone to the branch at MTN Matlosana Mall to cancel my phone and moving forward on PAY AS YOU GO. The branch said they could not assist (why is there a branch). They gave me a telephone number to cancel the contract. I phoned the number, they lady COULD NOT ASSIST. She gave me an email address. I have forwarded all the info to them. Got a reference number. ***.... Nothing happened, I emailed AGAIN. Emailed also to another email address. STILL NO RESPONSE. Is there somebody able to assist? ***
