Pathetic

You guys don’t even deserve a 1 star rating you literally deserve a 0, I regret the day I ever took a contract with you guys. You’re literally the worst, why introduce an app for convenience when clearly it wont even help? I made my payment via the app of the 30th of August and you still can’t trace it surprisingly. I sent you a proof of payment from my bank but you still cant assist me and I’m still blocked!
