Pathetic

Absolutely appalled at MTN SA... So November they double debited my account which was fine, had it reversed after a few phone calls... Saturday 30 November go in store to apply for another contract and after 5 days I find out it was declined as my account shows it was "not paid". So I'm denied a product because MTN messed up? Absolutely pathetic especially since I'm an MTN customer for over 10 years...
