I find myself here again when i have so much better things to do... Paid your accesses fee to come and collect your device a WEEK ago. Pick up takes 3 days , It's now been 7 DAYS.. My patience is running low.

Can someone please tell me why its so difficult to pick up a phone for 2 minutes and to confirm a postcode ? Joseph was able to confirm the correct address , but your logistics team could not ? Pathetic. Was suppose to get a callback from a manager in an hour , that did not happen . I called back explained the whole thing AGAIN , rude lady dropped the line and didn't bother calling back. Called through AGAIN , Finally spoke to some supposed manager Elizabeth which were not much helpful as well.

RIDICULOUS Think I've the wrong provider , you clearly don't know anything of customer service
