Pathetic as per usual

I am currently on contract with MTN (No device) and for the past 3 months their tower has been down in my area, which renders my contract with MTN useless as I can barely make or receive calls.

I have brought this under their attention as my phone is an integral part of my business, without service from MTN I am left with an unusable SIM.
