Pathetic as always

Once again the most pathetic customer service in the world!!!! 3 days after buying 20 gig data and have received nothing !!! After 10 calls to the call center and all they say is its been escalated then trying the pathetic branch in mosselbay mall then being tokd that threatening them won’t be accepted where that comes from only the *********** employe from this branch will know so over it!!!
