Absolute ****! I had to pay upfront fees of R615 for the R499 deal, to activate my home wifi and now i am getting invoices that show no payment and to a value of R1064. Debit orders keep going off when a payment was forced for activation. This is a month to month contract and i am already been charged for november, It is a free to use router deal and now I am being told that the charges are for the router. I have gotten nowhere with customer care - for a week and a half i have been emailing with no response. I have now been on the phone with two agents where the service is pathetic ! I am being pushed pillar to post with no resolution other than i need to pay the R1064 to turn my wifi back on. Now i need to buy extra data and airtime above all this just to keep my office running while mtn messes me around and ****s me and other users.
