Pathetic are they now becoming *****sters???????

Phoning MTN to try sort out a problem is an absolute nightmare and they keep cutting your call and then do not call one back Over a month ago I needed a new contract (bear in mind I have been a client for over 20 years they took my account over from Nashua Mobile). I went on line did a contract, within minutes after get a call from MTN to for the contract thinking it was to do with the online application I did, so I then continued with the telephonic contract, I then got delivery and received 2 handsets what a nightmare it was to get this resolved after numerous calls and no assistance I then resorted to taking the one handset back to MTN took it to Meadowdale Edenvale MTN and the lady booked it in and said it would get cancelled, still no cancellation done, no feedback and I am still been charged, I keep phoning and still no resolution and when you do get to speak to MTN staff the calls get cut. I am really irritated and if this is not resolved today I will take this further
