Pathetic and very low level of service

Requesting an itemized billing for the month of April, completely unable to assist me with regards to my request. Been struggling for the past two days. I had multiple agents telling me they can assist me, the last agent told me I flat out cannot be assisted. The one agent even told me that he is busy sending it and still have not received it. *** still also won't respond to me. I pay my contract every month on time only to get pathetic service.
