PATHETIC AND USELESS MTN

Hello Peter, the service I am receiving from MTN call center is pathetic and disgusting, On numerous occasions I called to get my statement, Invoices and Itemized billing sent to me , MTN is always sending the incorrect info. I am not sure what the problem is. There is a huge problem with there staff working there. I am very frustrated now and seems they don't care, totally useless service provider. when it come to debit my account, there they are well trained to take my money.
