Pathetic and ****** service

My MTN number ********** 637 has been on call baring for almost three weeks now. have been calling customer helpline but getting the same response "wait for 24 hours". have gone to Sandton City MTN shop still worse service there especially if you are not a white person. At Sandton City MTN shop they just tell me to go to setting of which i tell them the call barring is not going off. But come a white person , they will just leave me standing like a fool and 3 or 4 agents attend to one white person. To me that is pathetic service and ****** service from MTN store Sandton.
