Pathetic and poor service by MTN

A horrible experience with mtn. In the process of ordering an iPhone 7+ on the 6th of December 2019 from MTN online, I was assisted by a call centre agent known by the name of Nikita. The phone got delivered to me on the 13th of December 2019, but was then confound with a Samsung A30s, the total opposite brand of the expected purchase. I have tried contacting them but to no avail as I've been put on hold numerous times times with no response. I am now liable to pay for a phone that I did not agree on purchasing. Was in dire need of this phone before Christmas, Absolutely pathetic service and agreement strategies done by MTN
