Pathetic and non existent service

Highly Disgusted in the pathetic service received by MTN direct. We saw on the website a price for contract and when we called in and was given a different price. Manager then authorized that we would receive a credit for the difference in amounts as it’s their mistake and when first month got debited we were charge incorrect amount! Called in and emailed numerous times and still no assistance. No one ever calls back and no one ever assists us! Emails have been sent numerous times to the manager of the agent who assisted with the contract and he never calls back and when asked for he is ALWAYS “in a meeting”. Absolutely pathetic service as no one can help us and no one wants to help us and will never recommend MTN as I have spoken to at least 9 different people and no one can help! You can’t even go to a store as they turn you away because it’s not their department or problem to deal with and there are no places to go to deal with mtn direct! Very quick to take your money but will never give the service that is promised by them!
