Pathetic and misleading service by Sibongile at MTN Farrarmere

Please take note that I was billed R4549.07 for the period 12-12-2022 to 11-01-2023. This was due to an error by the staff member Sibongile at the MTN farrarmere branch who falsely and **********ly allocated my contracts as a migration. Please note I did NOT want a migration and I made this abundantly clear to the staff member. I was thereafter billed for a Value -Added service of 10gigs per month and a migration fee for the 3 numbers which are linked to my account I am requesting a reversal of the migration fees which was : R212.06 R1190.91 The value added service was never disclosed to me and therefore I did not consent to the service of R407.83.

Should this not be resolved I will seek legal action for the ********** services by the staff of MTN.
