Pathetic and *********** service delivery

After visiting MTN stores 5 times and writing a review on HalloPeter.com MTN still did not bother to try and resolve the issue as to how they are going to assist my mother after THEY blocked her number accidentally/wrongfully.

My husband did his upgrade twice and still no feedback or device from MTN.
