Pathetic and ***********

If there was a rating of pathetic or *********** I would have selected both!.

Please may I get one competent person at MTN to assist. This morning alone I made 7 calls and as they were transferring my call they just dropped the call. When I asked for the legal department I was told they don't know the number of they can't give me the number.

MTN does their own thing ..when a contract is ending and you ask to them to change it to a prepaid they change it o the contract they want to and then bill you and when you don't pay they hand you over for collections.

I lost count of the number of people I spoke to and the number of e-mails and they just don't respond.

MTN's service is just worsening soon there will no MTN looking at the number of people have placed complaints on the social media sites.

If there is just ONE competent person at MTN that can sort this issue please give me a call and if nobody calls then clearly you all are ***********.
