Pathetic and appalling service by MTN

MTN has the worst and appalling service you can ever imagine. Been waiting to get my refund since December 2024??? Your finance department is not even able to calculate! My service was disconnected yet money is due to me??? Your network is not in service half of the time yet you are quick to debit my account without attending to my queries. I'm now sitting without internet connection for the fourth day and your team is not even able to detect the fault? You are a shame!!!
