Pathetic And Appalling Excuse for CUSTOMER SERVICE

<p>Never have I ever experienced such lousy, pathetic customer service in my life!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> My husband took out a contract for a silver iPhone 6 and two months later the charging pin gave problems.</p> <p>We took it in and got a brand new iPhone as we were told that it was a factory default.</p> <p> Almost one year later and the charging pin has stopped working again, but this time instead of getting some sort of customer service from MTN we have gotten nothing but excuse on top of worthless excuse or else no communication at all.</p> <p>We were told that the phone would be taken in for repairs and returned to us after 4 weeks; it has now been 3 MONTHS!!!!!!!</p> <p> And the cherry on top is that now we get a lousy sms stating that we need to pay R6000 for the repair of the CHARGING PIN?!?!?!?!</p> <p> Thank you for the pathetic service and the constant wild goose chase as well as the constant excess money taking from his account every month that nobody not even people at head office can explain that. We will be cancelling this contract and moving on to a provider who is actually interested in their customers.</p> <p>Disgusted and dissatisfied does not even begin to explain</p> <p> </p> <p>MTN CISTOMER SERVICE FOR WHO??????</p>
