Pathetic accounts department

They didn't allocate our payment THAT SHOWS BY THEM the 3rd of April and our lines is STILL OFF!!! WE ARE PAYING FOR SERVICE WE ARE NOT RECEIVING!!!! ALL WE ARE GETTING IS SEND AN EMAIL AND WE WILL RESPOND WITHIN 48HRS!!! ITS PATHETIC!!!
