Pathetic

So Mtn phoned me a month ago regarding an upgrade, had a package of 1.5 k a month, they can give me the same package now for for 399 a month, thats just the sim, did the upgrade online, all was successful, four weeks af past, they phone again sir would you like to upgrade, so i said i have, oh no sir there is a system glitch, we cant give you that package anymore, unless you pay 300 on top of the 399, useless, dont waste your time with MTN, i am so mad that i have upgraded my other line as well, will finish this contract, and move to vodacom
