Pathetic coverage and unrealistic Fair usage policy on home internet Router, Despite a thousand times i've been on a calls with their technical department complaining about my poor internet coverage, i keep getting the same troubleshoot process "Switch off your router and switch on again after a couple of minutes, the internet would be reseted" My area shows full coverage by mtn, but im struggling daily and its been months now, what devastates me more is this fair usage policy which depletes on the 24th or the 25th of every month so i can buy a speed recovery bundle for at least 7 days before i could be loaded with my monthly bundle is ulter ****! I wouldn't advise anyone to take up a month to month LTE package with these ****mers. As it is i'm shopping around for a new service provider.
