Pathetic

So during these uncertain times with COVID-19 and people losing their jobs left right and Centre . Mtn is still harassing people who aren’t currently working due to retrenchment . I was retrenched the end of last year and I haven’t found any work yet . I was paying my full installment amounts monthly even tho I was retrenched. Since last month I’ve only been able to pay half the installment as I no long receive UIF . Mtn has cut my line and has been sending me emails stating I’ll be handed over to the legal dept if I don’t pay the outstanding balance . All of this after I’ve made payment arrangements with them and sent them proof of the payments I was able to make as well as the unemployment documentation I have .

If it was so easy to find a job I’m sure there would less people unemployed at this point . It’s pathetic that a provider doesn’t understand the difficult circumstances we have to face . This month would have been the last month I would have to pay my contract as the 24months are over .
