Maybe you should get you facts straight do you know how many times I went into you physical store to close this account I even stopped using the sim card. I will not be paying no money back as I owe you absolutely nothing. Please reply when you have good news and actually can close this account but I will not pay, I went to MTN Observatory on many occasions I am sure just walking into that store they will know who I am and why I am there.
