Pathetic

I don't even know where to begin with u guys. I wanted to upgrade my existing contract I asked before do I need bank statement etc no. Then I do it online no I need to send all of that as well. I do it I then get a debit order check for 2800 when it was not nearly that much as I have proof what I chose on the website can't get ahold of anyone your fb page is useless no one calls you back they sms me today to say the need my email addto complete the application this was done at the beginning of this month still waiting now imagine probably another 10 days to get the device sent to me.
