PATHETIC

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

I have logged queries for legal to contact me since the 28th of February and till this day not 1 call to assist with my problem....miss payments and they will call immediately but ask for assistance or explanation no one can help not the store or the call centre only legal can help but legal doesnt want to! As long as they get paid to hell with the client and their problem. Every time a ticket gets logged you must wait 3 days to get feedback but guess what no feedback is provided!
