pathetic....
<p>Went to MTN to get a new contract Friday eve and was told that we will have the phone by monday eve as it needs to be approved first... but he will give me a call. Now 21h00 monday eve still no phone. We were now told by mtn (after driving there as they have no number... and APARENTLY never received a mail to contact me) there is no stock of the phone. But there was stock Sa****ay when my contract was approved but NO ONE phoned me like they were supposed to. Another wasted trip and more time wasted that i could have spent with my little ones instead of standing at MTN for another hour... who can't apologise or sort out the mess they made. Canal walk Mtn ... pathetic. Why was i not phoned sa****ay... why was no phone kept out for my approved application... why wasnt i even phoned today, monday... why was i not contacted after the email was sent. I want answers and a solution to your stuff up. </p>

Application has been cancelled. Up until now Canal walk again have not contacted me with sourcing a phone.... but I sourced one. I Will rather deal with someone that actually comes back to me.
