Pathetic

Mtn must be the most pathetic service provider I have ever come across. For two days now I have been loading data and airtime onto my ****le as I am unable to use the internet. Keep getting a message to check my balance. After spending a fortune on loading data and airtime, I've had to phone the call centre 3 times already, and finally after being cut off 8 times some idiot tells me to to try again in ten minutes. Needless to say it didn't work. After phoning again and again the problem is still not sorted. And when I asked to speak to the supervisor, I wass told their not in. How absolutely pathetic. The call centre idiots can't solve problems, and the even bigger supervisor idiots don't work. Why the hell should I pay for something that doesn't work. And then have my time and money waisted talking to uneducated *****s. Mtn is never going to get their **** together. They will always be labelled as the WORST network provider in the country!!!!!
