Pathetic!!!

I am trying to get my phone back. I have called the repair center and they say they are STILL waiting for a response from the MTN insurance if they must go ahead or not. I have tried many times to phone the insurance department and get cut off after holding on more than 10min without speaking to anybody. We are going on holiday this weekend and need the phone before the time. can't wait for my contract to end at MTN so I can move over to another provider. Don't send me a message saying you are looking into the matter, Sort this out and phone me when you have done so.
