PATHETIC

On the 5Jan l took my phone to be repaired,they told me its going to take 2weeks,on the 18Jan l went back just to be told its going to be another week,on the 27th Jan l went back again and l was told my phone was only sent away the 26th Jan because they didnt have anyone to collect the fone!!!!! So why lie toe me and say the phone will be another week on the 18th n not tel me the truth!!!!! This is unexceptable and l must just be fine with the whole inccident, to put the cherry on the cake the phone is only 2 mnths old!!!! I would like some answers! I have also cancelled another contract but they are still billing me for that!!!! Why do you sign a 24mnth contract?
