I went in for an upgrade they said they will call me back as the sim needs to be re activated.<br> that was 9:00 this morning at 15:00 today i went back as i did not recieve a call an there words were its not there problem the syatem is ofline so i ask why wasnt i updated they simply said its not there job. the maneger her self stated that she does not care about custermer service and is not her job to insure custermer service takes place. absulutely horrific experiance at this shop and will never go back ther attitude stinks and service is abselutly descusting
