Pathetic *********

I have never encountered a more ********* service provider. I took a month to month contract for WIFI. I was told to pay a prorata amount for April and the instalment for May which I did. As we speak my subscription has been suspended due non payment they say. How is this possible when we are still in May and I have paid. When you call them you will get different stories from all their agents who are rude and do not understand themselves how this contract is billed. This is disgusting to say the least.
