Pathetic
So all weekend there is a issue with your network however your consultants say nothing is wrong I have airtime missing out of the blue everytime I load airtime and try make a call there are \Insufficient funds "when there is more then enough it's come to a point when I need to call 808 all the time to refresh my phone on the network before I make a call clearly something is wrong and no one wants to take responsibility for it...<br> <br> I do not pay for such service this issue needs to be resolved or my business will definitely be going to someone else"""

Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP's (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an \enabler\" to the WASP's by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP's be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure.
