Pathetic!!!
I have been waiting months now for MTN to fetch my phone, to repair it, I have been called and said they already picked up my phone, then I get a call to arrange where & when they will pick up my phone??? What am i paying for???? When will my phones be collected to be repaired.<br> <br> Don't reply and tell me you are sorry and will direct it to the correct department!!!!! I have had enough.
